Standard Cancellation

Last-Minute Cancellation

  • Bookings canceled close to check-in time may be non-refundable

No-Show Policy

  • If the guest does not check in at the hotel, the booking will be treated as a No-Show

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

  • Payment is successfully received by Pathotels

Non-Refundable Cases

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • It may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method


4. No Partial Refunds

No partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Early check-out will not be eligible for any refund

  • Changes in booking dates will not qualify for partial refunds
